China observes the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day break from 25 to 27 September 2026. Our export sales desk in Shenzhen and Hong Kong will be on holiday during this period. RFQs and emails received between these dates will be answered from 28 September, Monday to Saturday, 09:00-21:00 China time.
Warehouse operations continue on a shift rota. We can still pick, photograph, and prepare export cartons for orders confirmed before the break. To avoid delays on line-down spares or consolidated shipments, please:
- Send RFQs with full catalog / MLFB type key, quantity, and ship-to city before 24 September when possible.
- Confirm purchase orders and export documents (consignee, Incoterms, airway bill instructions) early so warehouse shifts can book cartons.
- Flag urgent line-down cases in the subject line so we can prioritize the on-duty warehouse team.
