Required fields are name, email, catalog number and quantity. Add several SKUs to the quote list from the catalog, then send one RFQ. A nameplate photo helps on obsolete, scarce or painted-over suffixes.

Three request types we handle daily
Scarce / obsolete / line-down
Last-buy, EOL or painted-over nameplates. Mark "line-down" in the notes. We say what we can ship now versus factory lead time — without padding the answer.
Cross-reference
We will state drop-in, pin-compatible, or not interchangeable — and we will not silently swap a later series.

What happens to the RFQ

1. We read the type key
Brand, suffix, voltage and options first. If a photo is attached, we use it to catch a worn last dash group.

2. We check the shelf
On-hand units keep their actual-shooting gallery. Indent items get a factory lead time, not a guessed week count.

3. You get one sheet
Stock or lead time, Incoterms, and any open questions. Same desk handles follow-up and the packing list.

4. We ship when you release
Export documents from Shenzhen. Datasheets in the carton. One-year parts warranty on items sold as new genuine.
