We quote EXW Hong Kong by default. DAP/DDP to major hubs can be arranged on request when the RFQ includes destination city, postal code and whether you need consolidated air or sea freight.

- Commercial invoice with HS codes where available
- Packing list with carton weights and dimensions
- Product datasheets included on request
Lead time
In-stock photographed units typically ship within 2?? working days after proforma confirmation. Factory-backorder lines are quoted separately with an ETA range.
Returns
Wrong-part supply errors are replaced or credited after photo verification. Buyer-side mis-order returns are evaluated case-by-case on unused genuine stock.
